The Choral Society (Choir)

Founded in 1971, Congleton Choral Society choir is a mixed choir of about 90 voices. We present four concerts a year in Spring, Summer, Autumn and at Christmas but we also have an option for a member to sing in just one concert.

The Choral Society enjoys the challenge of learning and performing a varied repertoire under our Music Director's inspiring direction. You can see the kind of music we perform in our Archive. We are fortunate to engage professional orchestras, distinguished accompanists and excellent guest soloists to perform with us.

 

The Community Choir

We also have a separate Community Choir which, under the same Music Director's inspiration, sings rather different music from the Choral Society. So, whatever kind of music you like to sing, we have a choir for you. Click on the Community Choir link below to find out more:
